we saw caught up with tthe Girls in the pajero again and never saw them again.
The country really turned Hilly and we now had a lot of traffic in both directions, we crossed The NT boarder and called into Docker River settlement.
Nothing to see there, it was Saturday arvo and every thing was Shut, Well the only shop was shut. like all the road houses along the road they have a notice up saying its a $20 fee to open the bowser for fuel after hours, We were carrying 80 ltrs extra so never had to worry about that fee.
The road on the NT side went from bad to worse, it looked like it had not seen a grader for years.
when the olgas came into side about 40 Klm away they were a real sight to see, and with the sun now starting to see both the Olgas and Ayres rock were a real treat to see, glowing in the sunset.
As were came into the National park a tag along tour of 4WD vehicles were lined up along the road about to head off in the direction that we had just come from We waved them good bye and good luck. The internet is not allowing all the photos to go on the blog, but I will keep trying T and M
